Online Entrepreneurship

Online Innovation

The LaunchX Online Innovation Program is a three-week summer program where high school students collaborate globally to solve real business problems. Participants work with industry experts and gain practical experience by understanding, developing, and deploying solutions for a company’s challenges.

The program includes core classes, mentor meetings, labs, electives, and community events, all designed to enhance entrepreneurial skills and real-world application. Financial awards are available to support students in this immersive learning experience.

The LaunchX Online Innovation Program is designed for high school students. It offers 100 spots and provides an opportunity to solve real business problems. Participants collaborate with peers globally and receive support through financial awards.

LaunchX Bay Area Entrepreneurship Program

The LaunchX Bay Area Entrepreneurship Program is a four-week, in-person summer program held at UC Berkeley. It is designed for high school students to gain practical experience in starting a real company. Participants collaborate with peers, utilize university resources, and receive mentorship from industry experts. The program focuses on identifying business problems, developing solutions, and implementing startups, culminating in a Demo Day to showcase their ventures. LaunchX Ann Arbor Entrepreneurship Program

The LaunchX Ann Arbor Entrepreneurship Program is a four-week, in-person summer program held at the University of Michigan from June 30 to July 27, 2024. Designed for high school students, it provides practical experience in starting a real company. Participants work with a global community of peers, utilizing the university’s resources and receiving mentorship from industry experts. The program offers 80 spots, and financial awards are available to support students.

You and your co-founders need to clearly define the problem you’re addressing, develop a solid marketing and sales strategy, and achieve initial sales of at least $250. What are the costs involved??

The tuition for the program includes attendance costs. For on-site summer programs, it also covers housing, food, and airport shuttle, but not travel to and from the program. The costs are as follows:

If you are not from the United States, an additional $150 international fee covers international insurance for on-site programs.

Financial Aids

LaunchX aims to ensure that finances do not hinder participation in the summer program experience by providing financial awards to all qualified applicants who need aid. If your family’s income in 2022 was below $100,000, you can apply for financial awards, verified through 2022 and 2023 tax returns or an equivalent income statement.

If the application fee causes financial difficulty for your family, you can request a waiver directly within the application. This helps ensure that all qualified applicants have the opportunity to participate in the program.

Who is eligible to participate in the LaunchX summer programs?
