The Carnegie Mellon ED deadline is November 2. Admits have to enroll by February 1. This application route isn’t available for the School of Drama, BXA Design programs or the School of Music.

Carnegie Mellon’s standardized testing requirements vary by college or program. If you’re required or you choose to send test scores, you must finish testing by November 1. If you take the test after that date but still within November, Carnegie Mellon can still try to wait until the scores become available before making a decision. However, that would delay your application review. Testing in December is considered too late for ED.

Carnegie Mellon’s transfer application deadline is February 15, and all supporting documents must be received by March 10. However, College of Fine Arts transfer applicants have two different deadlines:
